March 13, 2003: Man, Tuesday was a great day. First, the usual Del meeting, which is always fun. But then Josh invites us to go to checkout the Electra Complex at Mike's studio to see them play in front of a producer. So we get there, that kid Kenny was a funny ass bastard, he had to pee really bad and he pee'd on this wall in front of some hip hoppers and they had these digusted faces like, "What the hell is that nigga doin', C-Dawg?!" So we crammed about 13 people into Mike's small studio, and we could barely breathe, and stupid Shant was being an Air Hog and breathing as if he was a rich kid...the nerve of some people. Shant, you rule. So the Complex plays their stuff, which kicks ass. They do an interview with Brandy and then the producer gets there to hear them play, but privately, so all the non-musicians hang outside to just joke around and stuff, which was great. So to go home, Shant, Jeff, a friend of Nyback's, Nyback himself and I hop in Nyback's Vulva and...umm, I mean Volvo! (how silly of me). Nyback is a complete maniac on the road, he's awesome. But when I got dropped off, I decided to ride on back of the car and hold onto the rack as Nyback took the car full speed and me yelling in front of my neighbors, oh man, that was so much fun, it really makes you glad to be alive. Today, Thursday, Josh and I pick up Shant in cowboy hats while listening to some great Johnny Cash. We come to my house to hang, watch some Jim Gaffigan stand up, and tons and tons of Seinfeld. They ate all my food basically, just kidding fellers! So, we tag along with Josh to the Electra Complex practice at Mike's. Well, they played their two songs, a brand new one which is cool and practice some covers they have to do. Major highlight, we decided to re-enact the infamously hilarious "Cowbell" sketch from SNL. So Mike figures out the lick for "Don't Fear the Reaper" by the Blue Oyster Cult, and I play Will Ferrel on cowbell, oh damn, it was too much fun!! Great day today. Jogged today, which felt good, got a good sweat out of it. Well, I guess that's it, I'm having a super week, seriously, all my friends kick ass, you guys rule! Updated at 10:30 pm.

March 5th, 2003: Alright, ummm, not too much to report I guess, except that I've been going to Del and they have been great times. Yesterday I got a letter from Jasmine, it was so sweet, she gave some pictures of her and she made me a huge Conan pin which I will sport at the upcoming Del Meeting. Oh yeah, the new song of the moment is a song by a relatively obscure rock n' roll artist from the 50's named Link Wray, who's song "Rumble" has appeared in Pulp Fiction and Independence Day. The cool thing about Link was, back when everyone in R and R in the 50's wanted to get the cleanest guitar sound possible for recording, Link wanted his guitar to sound crude, dirty, nasty and filthy...he's the Father of the Powerchord. While others were making rock for all of regular teenage America, Link made music for all the rebels, the greasers and all the bad asses of that time. In early April, I am going to take a trip to the motherland, El Salvador, and I'm pretty damn excited, I always love going over there and I haven't been there in about 5 years or so. So that should be fun. So I guess that's it, my life has been pretty uneventful as of late, Saturday I'm planning on going to a friend's birthday party where they are going to have a Jumper house deal, that stuff is always alot of fun, maybe I'll break someone's arm, or better yet, mine. OK, take care all you faithful viewers of Mind-Douche, the tiny window into my soul. Updated at 12:52.

February 13, 2003: OK, I am going to try and write this update in chronological order. First off, I had my surgery done to have my pollups removed, it went smoothly I guess until the point where I could feel the doctor scrapping the inside of my skull  with his knife. I had to stuff 3 inches of cotton in my nose for the healing process, which made my nose more bulbous than it already is, it was huge I tells ya! So anyway, that was in order to stop any bleeding, which unfortunately did happen, and it flowed out, I could have bled a river it was so bad. Next day, I couldn't stand the cotton so I took them out early, but my body has always been faster than Western medicine, so no harm done I think, I'm a quick healer, like Wolverine! OK, time to talk about Friday night, Battle of the Bands, BHS. Pre-show time, I spent hanging out with Josh, had some food, watched the Michael Jackson interview. He left to go do the soundcheck for the show. Shant, Julia, Yev, Howard, my sister and I got to the show a bit early, but not really because there was a ton of people already there, a tidal wave of black clothing as far as they eye could see, apparently the punk kids are huge fans of Steven Segal of Johnny Cash. After a few minutes of looking around for our other invited guests with some laughs, I suddenly found myself on the muddy ground!! I look up, and guess who is looming over me like a madman, Lucas "Pretty Boy" Kacher!! The man absolutely bumrushed me at his full speed, but I quickly out manuevered him by dogpiling him and proceeding to rape him in front of the crowd, muddy pants and all! Good times. After an hour of bullshit bands, the real deal took the stage, the cocks of the walk, The Electra Complex. They played a great set and completely won over the crowd, it was such a great thing to witness! The Tuesday Boys cheered them on, with "Chucha" and "More Cowbell" for the Performing Arts Building to see. Well, as we all know, The Electra Complex was robbed that evening, but hey, that's all water under the bridge now. Afterwards, we all met up at Del for an aftershow meeting. The atmosphere was a bit down, but still fun. Josh Nyback and Michael Keene (the other band members) showed up  and we talked about the night and our spirits were lifted once again. To The Electra Complex, The Tuesday Boys salute you!! Saturday morning, went to the doctor to get my results to see if my pollups could be cancerous, and I am happy to report that they were all benign and I am going to be just fine. At night, my friend RaRa came over for a visit, we spent several hours just talking, watching TV and talking about the greatness that is Back to the Future. Tuesday, the Tuesday Boys had their usual meeting. Man, this one has to be one of the greatest Dels ever! Too many laughs all around, especially when we talked about movies that we have seen and that we should go see. In the parking lot was when the shit got insane. Lucas threw himself into the bushes, and I came to shove him deeper into the bush which was causing him a significant amount of pain. What else? Oh right. Josh Arias jumped onto my back, and all the pressure concentrated itself into my right elbow , and it felt like my elbow exploded! Also, Michael Keene sucked on my nipple, and ...ummm, let's just leave it at that. So I guess that's it people, hope you enjoyed this post, although it is a bit lengthy. Also, everyone has to see this movie called, Amores Perros, it's in Spanish, but I hope everyone can look passed the subtitles and enjoy this great film. The picture on the right side is of Horatio Sanz, the first Latin cast member to be on Saturday Night Live, I put it up because he is funny and I love how he cracks up Jimmy Fallon. ATTENTION, THE PHOTO SECTION OF THE SITE HAS BEEN UPDATED!! SO GO GET SOME EYECANDY AND CLICK ON IT NOW!
Well, I am out everybody, take care all. And a Happy Birthday goes out to my Brown Sugar, Jasmine Barnes! Love ya, sweetie! Updated at 1:00 am.

January 28th, 2003: Today was another Tuesday Boy meeting, and I have to say this one was one of the greats. Lots of laughs, good food, good conversation, good people and good stuff happening. Well people, if you remember from my previous updates, you would remember that I discovered that I had some pollups lodged in my nose. Well, since then, being the neglectful person that I am, I had failed to secure an appointment with a doctor to have them removed. But tomorrow (drumroll please)... I am going under the knife. That's right, I am having them removed at five o' clock. I seriously hope the doctor doesn't botch the operation and some how leaves me with a Michael Jackson nose, or worse....Patrick Ewing's nose, oh man, that would be the worst. Last Friday I had my hair cut really short in order to impress potential employers. Needless to say, I am extremely unhappy with the results, but hey, what are you gonna do? So lately I have been jobhunting, and so far I have applied at Tower Records, Sears, and Target. Finally, after about Two years, the Garcia family has entered the world of DVD, best part, I get to rent stuff in the DVD section of Blockbuster. Score!!

$%@ IMPORTANT NOTE!!!-- JOSH'S BAND WILL BE PERFORMING AT BIRMINGHAM HIGH SCHOOL'S  BATTLE OF THE BANDS!! SO LET'S SHOW OUR SUPPORT OF OUR FELLOW TUESDAY BOYS AND BUY A TICKET FOR ONLY $5 PRESALE. THE DATE OF THE SHOW WILL FEBRUARY THE 7, NEXT FRIDAY, SO BE THERE OR BE SQUARE! SEE YA THERE MA' PEEPS!

So anyhoots, I guess that's about it. Nothing much else to report other than I updated the Music page a little more if anyone is interested. Hopefully sometime in the future I'll get a hold of a scanner and get more pics going on the Photo section of the site. Well, that's all folks. Oh yeah, there was an armed police standoff right next to Shant's house on Monday and I witnessed the whole thing. So cool! Song of the Moment is Elvis Costello and the Attractions' "Radio, Radio" It's a really good song. Lots of fun to listen to. Take care everyone. Updated at 10:53pm.

Christmas 2002: Merry Christmas everybody, or for you atheists out there, Happy Wednesday! Well, so far I've been having a cool X-mas with my beloved family, and just having fun watching The Waterboy, Tommy Boy and playing Super Turbo Street Fighter! I have to say I did pretty well, considering I beat my cousin, who is the undisputed queen of Street Fighter since we were 10. Well, if you haven't heard it already from the media who barely gives a shit, Joe Strummer died Monday from a heart attack in his home in England. Joe Strummer was the leader of the great band The Clash, which was part of the UK punk scene in the 70's, but alot more innovative and daring in their musical endeavors, considering the fact that they loved reggae and combined it in their albums. To some close-minded people, this might sound like some amateurish attempt at playing reggae, but this band got some major respect from Bob Marley (God rest his soul). Do yourself a favor and listen to some Clash songs, life will just become better after that, or atleast more tolerable. Understand that this is not an attempt at even writing a good obituary on Joe Strummer, I just wanted to show a little overview about the man and his bands legacy, which can never be shown justice. Punk rock has lost one of its greatest sons, seriously, couldn't someone from Blink 182 take his place in the grave? Updated at 2:38 am. Edit

December 20, 2002: Hello everyone out there, Alecks is still alive and well. Many things have happened since my last update. One major event was the anniversary of my glorious birth into this world, which occured on the 13th day of December, in the year of Our Lord 1983. This was the best birthday I have ever had, due to my friends coming over. Believe it or not, having friends over my house for my B-Day is a fairly new concept, actually, that only started last year. One thing is for sure, having friends over makes for too many laughs and good times. The people that came over were Josh, Shant, Lucas, Jeff, Rara, Jasmine, Chelsea, Jennifer, Julia and Yev. Too bad Sabrina couldn't make it, oh well, I'll see her at Del soon. Del Taco this Tuesday was great as usual, but Chelsea's participation has added even more laughs. Man, I love having her at Del, even though Shant hates her...just kidding. Oh man, I'm excited about my site almost reaching 1000 hits...almost there! Of course I would like to thank you, the loyal visitor of Mind-Douche.com, for making all of this possible! Last Sunday night I went dancing at an 80's club with Rara, Chel-C, Jazzmint and Kelley. I must point out that I use the term "dancing" loosely because my feet were nailed to the floor, couldn't move! I'll do better next time I hope. I don't know, it's just really overwhelming to be in a room of sexually charged bootie shakers and me being self-conscious...next time, next time. So I guess that's all people, thanks for still checking if this thing is still going. Updated at 11:08 am. Edit

December 1st, 2002: Yes, I know I haven't updated in awhile, but hey, better late than never. Not much has happened since my last update, and most likely I can't remember most of the stuff that I have done. I do remember hanging out with Julia, Yev, this guy Dennis, Sabrina and Shant. We ate at InnOut and later we went to some stores to just look around. Lots of fun. Oh yeah, since my last update, I have acquired my driving permit, so I have been taking driving classes for the past week. I have to say that driving is alot easier than I thought, and not nearly as scary too. Since I have been fired, I have returned to my post at Del Taco for the last few weeks, yes, having good times once again! I've bought a few cds too: All three Hepcat cd's (Scientific, Right on Time, and Push n' Shove), The Who: The Ultimate Collection, Violent Femmes: Violent Femmes, MC5: The Big Bang!, Burning Heads: Escape, James Brown: 20 All Time Greates Hits. I hope everyone had a pleasant Thanksgiving.  I stayed home that day, but we had friends and family come over, it was real cool. We ate well and just talked and had some laughs. Good times had by all. Josh got in a friggin accident, now that just sucks, glad he's alright though, but his car is busted. I saw Ice Age yesterday and I loved it, also Monsters Inc., kick ass stuff! Unfortunately, I still haven't had my pollups removed, and I really should get that taken care of right away. I also saw Torrey play with his band Five Points Up in Burbank, but Torrey, what's this I hear that you guys broke up? Well folks, I can't remember what other cool stuff I have done so far, so I'll guess I will end it here. Most likely I'll watch this movie called Memento and sleep in. Thanks for still checking if the site had been updated you guys, and I apologize for not updating more. Updated at 11:48 pm. Edit

November 5, 2002: Hello everybody, thank you for still checking out this site. Well, somethings have happened in my life that are worth mentioning since I last updated. Well, first off, I went to the doctor's office about a week ago to have my throat checked out for some problems I was having. To actually see my throat, the doctor shoved a ten inch camera wire up my nose, all the friggin way!! I had no idea things could go up your nose that far, it was the weirdest thing ever. Well, the doctor said my throat looked fine, but, he did find some pollups in my nasal passages.(I'm not sure if that's how you spell pollup) So, a pollup is this little tissue growth that looks like a small grape, and if I let them stay there, they will get bigger and eventually obstruct my nasal passages, therefore preventing me from breathing through my nose. And also, these pollups have a 2% chance of being cancerous, so once I get the surgery done, they are gonna send the pollups to a lab and have them tested. Another big development in my life is that last Thursday was the day that I got fired from my job. It came without warning too, like, "Come into my office, BANG!, you're outta here." So that's the end of that fiasco, knowing that all the fuck ups I did on the job proved to be my undoing, especially the time some dumb bitch persian lady lost the check I was depositing for my boss at Bank of America, and me taking the blame for it, jeeez, that lady cost me my job, but maybe she did me a favor or something, because that job was slowly breaking my spirit little by little. So I'm probably going to go jobhunting soon. Tomorrow, I shall indeed attend a Tuesday Boy meeting, finally! It'll be great to see the dudes and ladies again, that's right, we have added some females to our ranks, and we are glad to have them aboard. Also, I bought an MC5 record that kicks ass, their first one I think, it's called Kick Out the Jams. Well, that's it for now, sorry for not updating frequently. Updated at 12:40 am Nov. 5th. Edit

Oct.23rd, 2002: Man o man! Last night I went to go see The (International) Noise Conspiracy!! They were absolutely amazing, they were more than I ever expected, and I expected alot too. Since they were the headlining act, three other bands played for them, Bluebird, Division of Laura Lee (which I own one of their albums, and I do like them, so they were sort of a bonus) and The Locust, which is a band in the style of the Dillinger Escape Plan. T(I)NC played basically all the songs I loved, although they didn't touch any of the stuff on their first record. The songs I can remember are: "Up For Sale", "Smash It UP", "Capitalism Stole My Virginity", "Breakout 2001", "Born Into a Mess", "The Reproduction of Death", "New Empire Blues", and two new songs, and for their encore, they played "A New Morning, Changing Weather"...just great. After that I went to go eat with my friend Rara, who I went with to the show, at In N Out, the best thing I could do to top off a great night was with a Double Double Animal Style. So I came home around 1:00 am, and I basically went to sleep, I had work the next day. So that's what happened, and also, I know I haven't been to Del in awhile, well, it's not much choice my fellow Tuesday Boys, it's up to my boss. But you bet your ass that I'll be there the second I get a tuesday off! So thanks to everyone that read this, you guys rule! Updated at 8:46 pm. Edit

UPDATES!!! Oct. 20th, 2002: Good God, I have been away for awhile haven't I?? Sorry I haven't been updating everybody, and there are many reasons for that. Well, since the last update, I was feeling really lazy and frankly, I didn't feel like updating at all. Another thing is that last weekend I went up to UCSanta Cruz to visit some buddies that attend that school. I had a friggin' blast over there, it was alot of fun and I met some cool new people and I got to see Red Dragon, which was better than Hannibal, but nothing can beat Silence of the Lambs. The drive over there took about seven hours, and at several points, we were going over 100mph. I meant to update the last couple of days, but my internet as always was acting screwy and wouldn't let me do anything, it was a real pain in the ass. So not much has happened other than that. This Tuesday I am going to go see the (International) Noise Conspiracy play at the Palace!! I can't wait, it's finally here, I'm super stoked! So that's pretty much it everybody, thanks again for still checking if this site has been updated, you guys rule. And I will try to update more often as soon as some cool stuff happens. Also, I had an idea of creating a compilation cd featuring all of the songs of the moment, once I reach a good number of songs, I'll make copies and probably give them to anyone that wants one, they just have to email me to tell that they want one, or just sign it in the guestbook. Well, that's all folks. Updated at 1: 36 am. Edit

Update Finally, Oct.7th, 2002: Hey there everyone, I apologize to all those that care for not updating my site for the past week or so. Reasons for this is that nothing worth mentioning has happened I guess, and I sort of didn't feel like typing much that week. Ok, so here is the rundown of what has happened so far: Monday: Was roaming around Barnes and Noble and found the first and second albums of The White Stripes. I bought De Stijl (the second album) that day and had B and N hold the debut album for me until Wednesday when I could pick it up. Both albums are fantastic to say the least, and out of all three, I have to say I like De Stijl the most. On Friday I rented two movies: Almost Famous (Jason Lee kicks ass!!) and Super Troopers (I really felt like indulging my crude mindless humor part of my brain that night). Super Troopers was funny, can't say that I didn't laugh, and Almost Famous was really cool. See, Almost Famous is about this kid that goes on tour with this band, and in the flick, he has this older sister that becomes a flight attendant...good lord, I'm totally in love with her!! She has these big, beautiful blue eyes and jet black hair and the coolest hair-do, she is the new love in my life so far. Yes, I finally bought a copy of Ghost World at Suncoast for ten bucks. I love this movie, it's about these two chicks, after graduating high school feel the need to torment all those around them, great fun. I also bought a pair of new Vans (my favorite shoe brand) and this time in white, because I haven't owned a pair of shoes in other colors other than black, so it was time for a change. I've been meaning to purchase a Skip James record ever since I saw Ghost World, but I haven't been able to locate one, so I bought a Son House record which is great, Death Letter is an awesome song. I'm counting down the days until the (International) Noise Conspiracy comes to the El Rey and play...I can't wait! Oh yeah, I am very disappointed in informing you that I did not attend the Ozomatli performance in L.A., which I happened to be really stoked on, and for whatever reason, my friend Josh Arias did not want to take me along. Well friends, that is all for now, and I want to take this oppurtunity to thank you all for still viewing my site, I appreciate it. So until next time America. Updated at 12:50 am. Edit

  • Sept.25th-29th: OK, so it's early Sunday morning right now. After Tuesday my life has been pretty uneventful I suppose, nothing too cool, which is the norm for me I guess. So Wednesday I worked, screwed up on the phones once again, damnit! Thursday I stayed home and watched T.V. all day all the while having this bad headache, oh yeah, also watched Oh, Brother Where Art' Thou ( I think that's how you spell it) good movie, John Turturro kicks ass! Friday, believe it or not, I had a good day at work....it was actually good!! Felt great the rest of the day too. So, today,(Saturday basically), after watching a tape of the MTV VMA's (which sucked major ass, "I really watch it just to mock it", in the words of my beloved Jeneane Garafolo, who I must marry some day) I lounged around a bit, and later on I went to my favorite skateshop and gots me a new phat dope ass board, y'all!! Hollah. Oh man, felt so damn great to be on a board again, very therapeutic to say the least. That Dogtown and Z-Boys documentary had me absolutely inspired to skate again. Went to Target and I lucked out on something...they were selling Sparta: Wiretap Scars for guess how much??... Nine dollars. So of course the price was right so I bought it. Bought two pairs of socks and a SpiderMan action figure (multi-poseable)...I'll never be too old for ol' Spidey. Operation: Look Good Naked has not been implented to its fullest yet because I have this cut on the bottom of my foot which hurts, so I'm going to wait until it heals up so I can start running again. One last thing, I'm probably going to see Ozomatli this upcoming Thursday, I'm pretty damn excited about it too. Well, that's all chums, send me some emails to say hi. Updated at 2:10 am. Edit

  • Sept.24th, 2002: Today I attended the Tuesday Boys meeting, all went well and the usual comedy surrounded us all. Nothing else to report really, except that today I began a new phase in my life entitled...Operation: Look Good Naked. Yes, you heard correctly, this will be my cheap attempt at overhauling my current sluggish body figure into that of a Greek adonis! Sounds impossible you say?? Most likely, heck, I don't believe it's going to work myself, but I'm going to give it a shot. So I'm probably going to take up jogging again, for like the fifth time I think. So that's about it for now. More photos are in the photo section if you want to give them a peek, well, bye. Updated at 11:55 pm. Edit

  • Sept.22-23rd, 2002: OK then, Sunday, really didn't do much except go to the mall and bought some stuff. I bought the debut album from the Velvet Underground entitled, "The Velvet Underground and Nico", which kicks ass, and I later bought this Argyle patterned sweater for a good price, but the only thing that I'm not to crazy about with the sweater is that it's not a V-neck, but I still like it.
  • Monday: Went to work, man was it hot this morning!! I hate it! Well, today was one of the worst days on the job so far, I screwed up alot like cutting off clients phone calls and cussing while they were still on the line. I think I said something like "Damnit" and "Crap" and I got verbally berated for it. See, the reason why I never wanted a job was to avoid the day I screwed up on the job and get told off. Now that it actually happened, I tell you that the feeling was worse than I imagined. I felt so small and stupid, like a real ass, like I was the biggest screw up in the world. Well, later on I went to the Wal-Mart in Panorama City (my old neighborhood) and bought some stuff. Here's what I bought: Jimmy Fallon: The Bathroom Wall (for my sister) of course making me the coolest brother of all time, Beach Boys:Greatest Hits (loving it), 10 slim CD cases, two pairs of socks, some double-sided tape and a cheap paper frame which I used to put my Blues Brothers still in and put it on my wall. Heard Jimmy's album, funny and the songs are very good too, too bad it's only 5 songs and the rest was some of his stand-up routine, but it's all very funny. Tomorrow I'm going to Del Taco to meet up with the Tuesday Boys and discuss plans on world domination. Updated at 11:55 pm. Edit

I AM STILL ALIVE!!! Sept.21st, 2002: Well, here's the deal,  my AIM has been a complete piece of shit the last couple of days and it wont let me sign on damnit! I am so frustrated by this because I cannot talk to any of my friends and it really pisses me off....and also the fact that no one ever calls me just to talk, it's like the phone was never invented. Well, Saturday was a pretty slow day, other than my family getting a new fridge. Oh yeah, Josh came by my house today and and we (along with our dad's) went to Guitar Center and Sam Ash and stuff, talked and stuff. Well, that was pretty much it. Hey everybody, send me some emails to let me know what's going on because I feel so out of it with this whole AIM fiasco    alex77guillote@yahoo.com  Also, additions will be made to the site, like more photos and stuff, so keep an eye out for that. Well, that's all. Updated at 12:29 am. Edit

What is your name?? ....We are Kinky.. Sept.19th, 2002: Well, as I mentioned on Tuesday, I had planned on going to see Kinky perform at the Knitting Factory with my friend Josh Arias, and I remembered that my friend Izza told me that she liked Kinky too, so I asked her if she wanted to go, and I think it went something like this... Alex: Izza, will you be feeling kinky this Thursday night?    Izza: Excuseeeeeee you!!   Man, I had entirely had too much fun with that! Unfortunately, she had to pass on Kinky, too bad too because Josh and I really wanted her to go, (she's one of our dearest friends). All I can say is that Kinky sucked ass...OK, I lied, they were absolutely fantastic, much better live than on cd, just great stuff! I expected to see an overall Latin audience, but the cool thing was that there were alot of Asian people in attendance...Kinky has an Asian following as well, kick ass! Only Asian person missing was Ms.Briones. Well, the crowd was really loving Kinky and we cheered for them to give an encore performance...I don't know what it was about their first encore song, but it was just too good not to go insane for it, it was mind blowingly good! Well, the show finally ended and as everyone began to find their way out, guess who Josh and I ran into? Wil-Dog!!!the bassist for Ozomatli (another great Latin band). I couldn't believe it, Josh and I were stunned. So Josh and I started talking to Wil-Dog about how much we love Ozo, how much we appreciate the band and their music. Josh wanted to ask Wil-Dog if he could take a picture with him (as if he didn't have a camera on him) as I then blurted out in hysteria,"Dude, you have a camera!!" And so Josh and I took a picture with him, which will be up on this site hopefully sometime soon. So we talked some more with Wil-Dog, which happens to be one of the coolest guys I have ever met, really nice and friendly guy, a true king amongst men. Well, we parted ways with Wil-Dog and we noticed that everyone was staring at us like we were insane, like,"Who the hell was that guy that these two idiots were all excited about?" A room full of Latin music scenesters and they didn't know we were talking with the bassist for Ozo-fu&%ing-matli!! Morons! I kind of like the idea that no one else knew who we ran into, sort of like a secret treasure. After that, we got some drinks from 7-eleven and headed to our respective homes. Man, what a great night! Updated on Saturday morning, 12:35 am. Edit

Sept.17th, 2002: The Tuesday Boys were all present and accounted for after a long period of Torrey and myself being on the M.I.A. list!! Del Taco was complete once again, so it was real cool to have everyone there again...Shant, Jeff, Sabrina, Torrey, Lucas, Josh and me. So we talked and ate for a few hours (finally satisfying my animalistic cravings for Deluxe Chili Cheese Fries) and I also finally tried some of the Elixer, which I am sad to report didn't live up to it's fanfare, but still good. So we had some good laughs and eventually we headed home. This Thursday I am going to go see this Latin band called Kinky at the Knitting Factory, if you want to find out more about Kinky, then check out Josh's page to look at his review for the band. Well, tomorrow I go to work, but it won't be so bad considering I get paid tomorrow, so that should be good. I realized I haven't skated in a while, because my skateboard broke in half a month ago, and I have yet to replace it, so I need to get that done and get back on my stuntwood and have fun again. Well, that's all, nothing that cool I guess. Updated at 10:31 pm. Edit

Universal Studios?? Sept.16th, 2002: Well, today something unexpected happened, my mom asked if my sister and I wanted to go to Universal Studios, I sort of didn't want to because I had a stomache ache and that place blows anyway, but the usual, "Why the hell not?" came to mind. So we went there and  we first got on Jurassic Park, then went on ET, but then, of course my sis and I had to pay our respects to the Blues Brothers (John Belushi, R.I.P.) and watched their R&B review. It was cool because they made their intro in the crappy police car from the movie. The guy who played Elwood (Dan Aykroyd) was pretty good, Jake was good too, but he just didn't look the  part. So they went through a set of songs and on one song they asked the crowd to join in, and Elwood Blues came up to me, but I had to turn him down...I turned Elwood Blues down man!! So they finished up, and my sis and I headed for The Mummy: Chamber of Doom thing, and my sister got freaked out 5 times! I'm going to digress for a moment, and talk about my new appreciation for good dramatic theatre. Romeo and Juliet, The Odd Couple, Death of a Salesman...all pale in comparison to the brand new drama known as SpiderMan:Rocks!! That's right, this is theatre at its best, it follows the life of a young man named Peter Parker to his transformation to the glorious superhero known only as Spider-Man! All of this high energy action was set to "todays hottest rock tunes!", with such rocking musical acts as Thalia, Ricky Martin, and the entire setlist from KIIS-FM, which was done with amazing Britney Spears choreography! Good God in heaven, this seriously has brought down Spiderman's coolness points by a considerable margin, but he still rules all! Everyone who is reading this has to make it one of their life's goals to see this thing, you'll laugh your ass off!! After that, I bought a Blues Brothers still and I'm probably going to frame it. Came home, took a nap, watched TV and updated, tomorrow!! Del Taco!!! Yessss, the Tuesday Boys shall ride again, I'm officially going to be off the M.I.A. list. Well, that's all. Updated at 10:36 pm. • SEPT.12 th: As expected, I went out with Chelsea, Kelley and RaRa to have fun before Chelsea and Kelley left for college. We went bowling and had lots of fun and laughs there, and of course, the Dude won!! Me...the Dude. Later we went to eat at InNOut, I had my usual, chatted it up, laughs...saw Nick Ramirez there too ordering stuff through the Drive Thru. Went to Kelley's house to end the night by talking and laughing, and me trying to stay awake, but no dice. Gave Kelley a goodbye hug, and Chelsea took me home. I hugged Chelsea goodbye , but I'd like to think of it as a SEE YOU LATER kinda hug, because I know they'll come back to visit, they better...or I'll cut them!! I'm super excited right now because I might go see the (International) Noise Conspiracy in October!! I've been wanting to see them live so bad ever since I got into them, and my chance has finally arrived! Well, that's all for now, tomorrow is Friday and work as well, oh well, and oh yeah, tomorrow is my cousin Denny and Carlos' birthdays! So I'm probably go visit them tomorrow. Well, see ya later, and stay tuned. Sign the Guestbook! Updated at 9:27pm. Edit

SEPT.11TH, WEDNESDAY- For all those that care, I haven't been able to update because my computer has been acting screwy for the last few days. Tonight is the night before my friends Chelsea and Kelley leave for college, I'm a little sad, but hey, we're gonna have fun tonight! Don't know what we are going to do yet, but I'm sure it'll be good. Bad and good day at work today. The phones were ringing simultaneously and I accidentally cut off like 2 calls for my boss...big screw up. The good part is that I'm officially done being brought up to speed and know the basic tasks of my job, which I like to call, "El OfficeBoy" Next week is pay day again. Well, that's all for now. Sorry for the delay everybody. 8:11 pm Edit

  • FLOGGING MOLLY!!!! SUNDAY:  Yes, I just came back from seeing Flogging Molly at the House of Blues! Absolute chaos was around Chelsea, Kelley and me. Honestly though, the HOB is way too small of a venue for any band, we were squashed in there like sardines. Madcap and One Man Army played before FM, didn't care much for them really, but I have to say I enjoyed One Man Army a little more, if anything at all. Then FM hit the stage....fu$#ing great. They played all the songs I really loved except for Life In A Tenement Square, but it's all good. I have to say there were way too many drunk people in attendance, thanks to the HOB selling Guinness and O'Douls to add to the Irish atmosphere. Oh man, Bridget the fiddle player for the band has made it to my list of HotChicksInBands, under Sara Almgren from T(I)NC of course. That woman seriously needs a salvy in her life, and I'm just the guy for the job, the hell with Irishmen, come to ME my pale Irish lass! Black Friday Rule was played, which was played amazingly, the band really misled me into thinking that they were calm onstage because of their music video and their album Swagger, but they are anything but calm. Man, this is starting to sound like some idiotic review, so I'll end it here. Afterwards, I fell asleep in the car, but I woke up just in time to tell Kelley that I wanted to eat at InNOut, and we did. Had my usual, chatted it up for awhile, and we headed home so I could get dropped off. Great night, great band, great friends. College still sucks!! Updated on Sept.9, 2002 at 1:11 am. Edit

  • GUESTBOOK IS UP!!: That's right everybody, the guestbook to this site is up and operational!! So please, be a pal and sign it, the link is on top of the Updates Galore!! phrase, it's so obvious you can't miss it, so there are no excuses for not signing it! So today (saturday) was a regular day, I was in hermit mode all day, basically staying home all day cleaning my room, listening to my cd's, which I'm happy to say were all keeps!! My cousin left for the airport to go back to Puerto Rico, so I said bye to her, and my mom stayed at a relative's house, so I was home alone for the remainder of the evening. With this house to myself, I was thinking I should've had some sort of get-together, but it would have been on too short notice I suppose, so of course nothing happened. So I've been home all day, but tomorrow will be a different story...I'm going to go see Flogging Molly at the House of Blues in Anaheim!! I've been stoked on seeing them ever since my friend Kelley got the tickets! So that should be enjoyable. Well, that's all for now. Updated on Sunday, 8, 2002 at 2:50 am. Edit

  • UPDATES FOR THURSDAY-FRIDAY: ok, well, Thursday was my day off so I went to go see the film One Hour Photo starring Robin Williams as a lonely and creepy one hour photo technician. Good movie, the cinematography was really nice in my opinion. I saw the movie with my friends Chelsea and Kelley and afterwards we went to go eat at Millie's, good burgers and fries. Had some laughs there, we went to my house where I invited them in to hang out because the night was still young. We chatted and watched TV for a while, until I showed them The Doors movie so they can see all the parts that I found humorous, good stuff. Watched more TV with them until I had to kick them out of my house because I had work the next day.
  • Friday: Worked that day, one of the most hectic work days so far. Had some laughs with my co-workers finally!! Got home, I hit my refrigerator with both my arms for reasons that will remain private.(Izza, if you're reading this, then you will probably know why). Chelsea, Kelley and Rara came to pick me up to go out, we headed for Hollywood where we decided to go check out Amoeba Music( I had some cash to blow). Had fun making fun at the expense of crappy musical acts and movies...I ended up buying four cd's. Vue: Self-titled,  Division of LauraLee:Black City, Love as Laughter: Destination:2000 and Ace and the Ragers: Steal Your Girlfriend, most expensive cd was only 11 dollars, so you can imagine my happiness. Well, afterwards, we ate at InNOut, and went to kelley's house to talk some more, where I was coming in and out of sleep most of the night. Came home early in the morning happy, I had some fun. Don't know what I'm going to do today, so that's all for this update, thanks for reading. 4:03 PM, Saturday
  • UPDATES FOR TUES-WEDNESDAY!!: OK, Tuesday was just a regular day, nothing cool happened, except maybe going to Universal Citywalk with my family, just walked around, sucked. Damnit!!.. Today was one of the worst days I've ever had this whole summer. Everything was going well at work today, until my boss told me I should concern myself with grooming, (cause I have little hairs coming everywhere on my face because I want a half decent beard, but it looks dirty because it doesnt grow fast, and also I'm growing my hair back, and I have semi-wavy hair so it looks uncombed, so now I'm going to have to shave constantly and probably cut my hair, which I realized bothers me alot more than I originally thought earlier at work...so that sucks.) Came home with nothing to eat but honey-combs. I ate taquitos for dinner, which gave me the worst heart burn ever! Went online today to talk to my friends, I felt so ignored and pushed to the side, except for some. Maybe I'm going to sound selfish or irrational, but screw it, it's my damn site...but I hate college already, and I don't even attend one yet. It has taken away some good friends of mine already, as well as some cool family members, and now two more others are going to leave next week, I feel so abandoned...kind of like a suitcase left behind at an airport, it's a bad feeling. And where the hell am I going to go for college?! Probably CSUN, still stuck here in the boring valley in my parents house, while my other friends are having cool and new experiences out of living on their own, damnit I feel like such a loser. Whoever reads this and decides to rub it in my face, I will kick your ass....I'm spilling my guts here for your entertainment, so be considerate. Well, that's all for now, I wrote this at 2:09 am. Hopefully tomorrow I'll watch One Hour Photo with my friends.

Monday, Sept 2, 2002: Went to the beach today for the first time this summer. Realized that the water in the California shores have gotten plenty colder since the last time I swam in them. My legs were "numbified" as soon as I got in that it was so damn cold. Well, I tried to get some rays for my pale, nearly Irish skin, but no dice. I did however get sunburned on my legs and feet, which are the whitest things on my body (I'm not a fan of shorts), they are so white that I make Conan O Brien look tanned. So my family and I spent some time there surrounded by chunts playing damn rancheras out of their van conversions, and I swear, in that genre of music, they end every song the same way! Afterwards, we took the scenic route home, which was going through PCH and going through Mulholland Drive (great movie and road). Got home, chatted with some of the relatives that accompanied us, and watched this kick ass action sequence on this show called Third Watch. Well, that's all.

Sunday, Sept.1 2002: Well, in the morning I watched Wet Hot American Summer, which is really funny. Later on I went to a relatives' house to celebrate their wedding anniversary, it was great to see my old relatives again, it's a rarity to see them so I was glad I went. Alot has changed though in a year that I haven't seen my cousin Louie, who has known me since I've been a blonde haired golden child of two years. Well, he got some chick pregnant who was 18, married her and had the kid. I met her and thought she was a very nice girl and pretty too, so kudos to Louie. When I talked to him he told me that he should've used protection, and we all had a laugh, he's a good guy. But his brother Larry happens to be in prison right now, for what charges, I do not know. I was completely taken by surprise...I have a family member in prison? Weird. Well, that's all for now, pretty soon I'm going to add a guestbook to this site, I am really curious as to who is viewing my site, so look out for it. Tomorrow is Monday and it looks like I'm going to the beach, so that should be fun. Thanks for listening Izza, you're a gem!

  • Two Days Worth of Updates!! Thurs-Fri: As the last update read, I really wanted to have fun Thursday, and thankfully I did. My friend Jasmine was leaving for Ohio the next day so Chelsea  decided to surprise "Mint" with going to Ripley's Believe It or Not! instead of the beach as planned. I gave Mint the gift I had for her which was a SaturdayNightLive shirt straight from NYC to her torso (she liked it, I think). So we went to Ripleys where we met up with some people that I have not seen since I had graduated high school. It was especially great to see my dear friend Izza again because I've been missing her for so long because she has been living it up this whole summer( you shall see this lady in the friends page soon) leaving me in the valley dust. After Ripleys, we ate at California Pizza Kitchen. Carne Asada Pizza!!?? 10 dollars!!...what the hell!? Good pizza though. Then we went to Izza's college, which is LMU (Loyola Marymount University) c'mon RaRa, you can say it! Just take it nice and slow, man. Once there, I proceeded to destroy the sandals of Jasmine and sacrificed my beloved All-Stars to her, leaving me walking the campus with socks only. We talked for hours on end in Jennifer Garcia's dorm room, (what a gracious host she was too) and I got my hair braided, which hurt like hell and I felt like Ludacris for some reason. Well, we said our goodbyes with hugs and chit chat  and we were on our merry way back home. Once we got to my house, I said goodbye to my Nubian princess Jasmine, we hugged and small talked for a few, then I had to go inside to get some shut-eye, tomorrow was a working day and I went to sleep at about 4 am and I had to wake up at 7:40 am. I miss you already Jasmine, you are still my queen to be!! You shall quench my royal fire!!
  • OK, Friday time!: Well, I went to work again, which I am starting to like more and more...Vicky, you are the coolest for putting up my retardativocity with a smile. Well, on the busride home I found myself coming in and out of consciousness due to my sleep-depravation while listening to Flogging Molly(which I am going to attend their show Sept.8th with my friends Chelsea and Kelley). Well, I got home, ate some chicken, watched The Simpsons and went with my family to church.Saw my friends there and learned about credit cards and debt, and God never came up which was odd, but cool nonetheless. My little buddy Jose let me borrow his BlackSabbath:Paranoid, and I was listening to it on the way home, liking it so far too.Got home, had some ice cream and I have been updating ever since.Well, peace out and stay tuned for the next update, and also thanks for reading this whole thing, you're a real trooper.

8/28, 9:17,: went to work again, had a good day there, came home. My friend Carlos brought a potential car buy for me, but...it was a damn standard! Couldn't drive it to save my sad life, damn the clutch, damn it straight to hell!! So I had to pass on the car. One of my friends is leaving for college in the middle of friggin' nowhere...Ohio!? Jasmine why, ha, jk...well, I hope I get to do something fun tomorrow.

8/27,7:46 p.m. So today was Del Taco Tuesday, our weekly tradition between me andmy friends from high school. Good laughs were had by all,(chelsea and jasmine did not show, they shall suffer my wrath!) We stayed there longer than usual and we eventually went home. The Tuesday Boys shall ride again come fall!! Oh, by the way, check out the sister sites of MindDouche.com, which are, http://www.lucask.com , which is the site of my good friend Lucas Kacher, and https://www.angelfire.com/ct3/spiderz/, which belongs to my other good friend, Shant Kazandjian. Enjoy!

    • 8/26: The First Update!: Today was my first day at my brand new job,(never had a job before) working at a CPA firm in Encino.I do office work there which got to be a little boring, but whatever. My boss is cool and so is my co-worker Vicky, she's really great and patient with my stupidity. I bought a Ramones cd at lunch at the neighboring Barnes and Noble. Came home, listened to the entire cd and fell asleep. And oh yeah, built a website, thanks Lucas!
